"When the darkness is getting stronger, the light shines brighter! On Wednesday, October 9th, we celebrate the birthday of the fourth Sikh Guru, Guru Ram Das. Guru Ram Das is known as the King of Yogis, the Lord of Wonders, and the Healer of Hearts; his energy can transform our lives. Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga, considered him his personal Guru and protector.

We will celebrate the Guru's birthday with a festive sadhana, a true spiritual practice that will begin before dawn at 5:30 AM. Together with @⁨Blajennaia Ksenya⁩, we will hold it outdoors in Charles Clore Park.
